- All parents/guardians or teachers are responsible for the actions of their child(ren) while attending a Gyminis session.
- All efforts must be taken by the parent/guardian and Early Childhood service provider for the mental and physical well-being of their child.
- Gyminis accepts no responsibility or liability of any injury incurred (accidental or otherwise) in a Gyminis session.
- Gyminis endeavours to secure bookings at venues for set dates and times. In the event Gyminis are required to postpone a session, the applicable session will be credited to the Early Childhood service provider by way of either providing another session or carrying credit to another term.
- If a child misses a pre-booked session no refund or credit will be given. In the instance of a child missing several sessions, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and assessed in good faith.
- For the safety of others; if your child has been unwell, they must be 3 days clear before attending a Gyminis session.
- Cancellations. 2 weeks notice must be given if you are not able to attend a term. Failure to advise us of a cancellation may result in a non-refund of fees.
- Gyminis equipment and programmes are designed for the enjoyment of children birth-5 years of age.
