​Gyminis accepts no responsibility or liability of any injury incurred (accidental or otherwise) in a Gyminis session. 

Gyminis will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment, but the mental and physical well-being of participants remains the responsibility of their parent/guardian and the Early Childhood Education Centre. 

Gyminis endeavours to follow a regular schedule each week. In the event  a session or sessions are postponed, a maximum of one additional session may be scheduled per term. If this session cannot be completed due to weather or instructor unavailability  the cost of the session will be credited to the following term.

If a child misses a pre-booked session no refund or credit will be given. 

Gyminis equipment and programmes are designed for the enjoyment of children 1.5 - 5 years of age. Older children may be asked not to use certain equipment for safety reasons.
